His ballooning weight has left him unable to walk, forcing him to stop attending school. He has taken to wearing a sarong after his parents were no longer able to find clothes that fit him.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"http:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/content\/dam\/news\/2016\/06\/29\/101977377_PIC_FROM_SIJORI_IMAGES-CATERS_NEWS_-_PICTURED_Arya_Permana_10-years-old_is_a_giant_boy_fro-large_trans++x8uPMxZ34cZWnis1wGnZx0hg39-7cKkM9yxusTYYcOw.jpg\" alt=\"Arya Permana\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He frequently experiences shortness of breath, and sleeps with his head leant against a wall to help him breath \u2013 which has left him with a permanently bruised forehead.<\/p>\n<p>According to local reports, people have been travelling from nearby villages to view the boy dubbed \u201cthe world\u2019s fattest child\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"http:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/content\/dam\/news\/2016\/06\/29\/101977340_PIC_FROM_SIJORI_IMAGES-CATERS_NEWS_-_PICTURED_Arya_Permana_10-years-old_is_a_giant_boy_fro-large_trans++x8uPMxZ34cZWnis1wGnZx0hg39-7cKkM9yxusTYYcOw.jpg\" alt=\"Arya P\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Arya currently eats five large meals a day \u2013 although his mother, Rokayah, told reporters she had been left \u201cconfused\u201d after a doctor declared Arya was \u201chealthy\u201d during a recent hospital check-up.<\/p>\n<p>She also said she\u2019d been told there were \u201cno problems\u201d with her son\u2019s health, and that she\u2019d been unable to get a clear answer when trying to determine a reason for Arya\u2019s recent weight gain.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/content\/dam\/news\/2016\/06\/29\/101977455_PIC_FROM_SIJORI_IMAGES-CATERS_NEWS_-_PICTURED_Arya_Permanas_mother_holding_up_a_picture_of-large_trans++5yQLQqeH37t50SCyM4-zeGtT0gK_6EfZT336f62EI5U.jpg\" alt=\"Arya P\" \/><\/p>\n<p>During Ramadan, Rokayah said, Arya has been fasting for the first half of each day like many children his age.
