“Government needs to pay us some allowances, which are commuting and guide allowance. For the commuting allowance, some of our members are not enjoying it at all and since 2013, we’ve been battling it up till now.”

He lamented that several assurances have proved futile hence their resolve to occupy the two ministries to get government to fast track the payments.

“They give us assurances yet we are in June 2016. We only want this thing to implemented in a very smooth way so that we will not disturb government of any arrears. We will protest on July 13, 2016. We are bring our wheelchairs and white canes to block the Ministry of Education and the Finance Ministry.
