The newly-relaunched Ayensu Starch Factory will thrive, according to the\u00a0Member of Parliament (MP) for the Awutu-Senya West constituency, where the factory is located, Hanna Tetteh.<\/p>\n
The\u00a0Ayensu Factory\u00a0was set up over a decade ago as an agro-processing busi\u00adness tasked to process cassava into food grade starch for local consumption and export.<\/p>\n

There have been concerns that the factory might not survive following its relaunch, with\u00a0reports of shortage of cassava<\/strong><\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n
