A group calling itself Odododiodoo Youth for Accountability (OYA), is demanding an apology from the Member of Parliament for the area, Nii Lantey Vanderpuye, for allegedly describing Old Fadama as an area that breeds criminals.<\/p>\n
The group claims the MP, during an event organized by Afri-One Youth in Accra three months ago, described Old Fadama as a community that produces criminals.<\/p>\n
Speaking to Citi News<\/strong> on the side-lines of a press conference on Monday\u00a0at Old Fadama, Convener of the group, Samuel Malu, said drastic action will be taken against the Member of Parliament if he fails to apologize.<\/p>\n
