{"id":223444,"date":"2016-06-18T12:41:22","date_gmt":"2016-06-18T12:41:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=223444"},"modified":"2016-06-18T12:41:22","modified_gmt":"2016-06-18T12:41:22","slug":"woman-hits-boyfriend-with-car-after-she-finds-out-he-has-hiv-video","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2016\/06\/woman-hits-boyfriend-with-car-after-she-finds-out-he-has-hiv-video\/","title":{"rendered":"Woman hits boyfriend with car after she finds out he has HIV [Video]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When Misty Lee Wilke realized the man she had been having a sexual relationship with was HIV positive, she ran him over with a Mustang, according to court records.<\/p>\n<p>The incident happened in April, but a home surveillance video of the crash was released this month.<\/p>\n<p>The now-viral video of the vehicle\u00a0mowing over a man on a bicycle was unlike anything Ronnie Fosterhad seen before.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This was the first time that a security footage captured something of this much interest,&#8221; said Foster, whose company provides surveillance-system services.<\/p>\n<p>It was his business, BlueHorse Solutions LLC, that\u00a0installed the surveillance system capturing the hit-and-run.<\/p>\n<div id=\"module-position-PHup2ynFI1U\" class=\"story-asset oembed-asset\">\n<div class=\"story-oembed-wrap \">\n<div class=\"js-oembed story-oembed story-oembed-youtube story-oembed-type-video\" data-oembed-type=\"video\" data-oembed-provider=\"youtube\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/dl1GFgLJ7B0?feature=oembed\" width=\"480\" height=\"270\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Foster said his son, Travis,\u00a0posted the video to YouTube\u00a0on June 5 after getting the homeowner&#8217;s permission. The incident happened April 29 outside Norton Park in north Phoenix.<\/p>\n<p>In the video, a man is seen riding a bike through a T-intersection and continues briefly on the roadway before doubling back. Within seconds,\u00a0a\u00a0red Mustang with a white racing stripe barrels\u00a0through the intersection and into the bicyclist before speeding away.\u00a0The man looks like a rag doll\u00a0as he flips over the hood and rolls onto the ground. He was left\u00a0with a fractured spine and head injuries, according to police records.<\/p>\n<p>Police say Wilke, 43, called 911 to relay her side of the story about 30 minutes later. Wilke said she got into an argument with\u00a0the man on the bike, with whom\u00a0she was having a sexual relationship,\u00a0when she found out he had HIV, court records show.<\/p>\n<p>She said he laughed at her, and she pushed him. He swung at her with a pocketknife\u00a0and cut her arm, according to police.<\/p>\n<p>Wilke said she got in her car and accelerated to the point that she jumped the curb and ended up sideways in the park. According to court records, Wilke told police she accelerated through the park and across Hatcher without looking, and she didn&#8217;t know who she hit.<\/p>\n<p>A grand jury indicted Wilke on\u00a0May 10, charging her with attempted second-degree murder, aggravated assault\u00a0and leaving the scene of a serious injury accident.
