The National Democratic Congress (NDC) appears to be undecided on whether it will take part in the presidential debates to be\u00a0organized by the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA) ahead of the November polls.<\/p>\n
One of the party’s \u00a0Deputy General Secretaries, Koku Ayindoho,\u00a0categorically stat<\/a>ed<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0in a Citi News<\/strong>\u00a0interview that President John Dramani Mahama will not take part in the debate.<\/p>\n [contextly_sidebar id=”f8M0ddymFT1FuC2j9jUm1iO8XrAhJHGn”]Speaking to Citi News<\/strong>\u00a0Mr. Ayindoho said his party would not allow themselves to be disrespected by the IEA.<\/p>\n Various political parties have chastised the IEA for what they\u00a0describe as disrespectful and\u00a0unfair\u00a0arrangements adopted for this year\u2019s presidential debates.<\/p>\n
