arraigned\u00a0last week<\/a><\/strong><\/span> and charged with conspiracy to commit murder in the case in which Daniel Asiedu is standing trial for allegedly killing the late New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament for Abuakwa North, Joseph Boakye Danquah-Adu.<\/p>\nAccording to the prosecution, Vincent assisted the main suspect Daniel Asiedu to get into the late MP\u2019s house to commit the crime.<\/p>\n
Daniel Asiedu who is already standing trial, has admitted in court to killing the MP albeit unintentionally.<\/p>\n
But responding to the new charges leveled against his client, lawyer for Vincent Bosso, who also doubles as lawyer the first accused, raised objections to the charge of abetment, claiming the facts\u00a0as read by the prosecution did not in any way connect Vincent to the crime.<\/p>\n
The judge dismissed the objection and adjourned the case to the June 2nd 2016.<\/p>\n
