The Project Coordinator of Subah Infosolutions, Ernest Odade, has justified the company’s \u00a0contract to supply motorbikes for the national street naming project.<\/p>\n
According to him, Subah won the contract because it has the ability and capacity to deliver.<\/p>\n
Speaking on an Accra based\u00a0 Joy FM<\/em>‘s news analysis show, Newsfile,<\/em> Mr. Odade<\/span> said his outfit \u00a0is capable of \u00a0executing the contract and has therefore not broken any law in bidding to supply the motorbikes for the project.<\/p>\n “All we keep saying is that Subah<\/span> did not go for motorbikes. Subah<\/span> went for a package which included motorbikes. I think that we should go beyond that …<\/span>there may be documentation to prove that this might not be the issue,” he said.<\/p>\n The I.T company has been in the news for winning a bid from the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development to supply motorbikes for the street naming exercise.<\/p>\n Some have questioned whether Subah Infosolutions, an IT company \u00a0qualifies to win a contact<\/span> that has nothing to do with technology.<\/p>\n But speaking for the first time, an official of the company said: ”Subah<\/span> did not go for only motorbikes because if it were only motorbikes, somebody else could have done it.
