{"id":205593,"date":"2016-04-10T06:33:24","date_gmt":"2016-04-10T06:33:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/?p=205593"},"modified":"2016-04-10T06:33:24","modified_gmt":"2016-04-10T06:33:24","slug":"total-ghana-awards-winners-startupper-contest-photos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2016\/04\/total-ghana-awards-winners-startupper-contest-photos\/","title":{"rendered":"Total Ghana awards winners of \u2018StartUpper\u2019 contest (photos)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Total Petroleum Ghana Limited, one of Ghana\u2019s leading oil Marketing Companies (OMCs), has climaxed its maiden edition of the \u201cStartUpper of the Year\u201d contest with an awards ceremony and dinner in Accra.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-205595\" src=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Jes-1.jpg\" alt=\"Jes 1\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The contest, launched in the last quarter of 2015, seeks to unearth and support young and budding entrepreneurs with financial packages as well as coaching programmes.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-205596\" src=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/jes-2.jpg\" alt=\"jes 2\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The three winners Joshua Ayinbora of JE&amp;F Company Limited, Eunice Owusu-Karikari of E-Juice Company Ltd., and Salma Abdulai of Unique Quality Product Enterprise took home GHC 160,000 and a yearlong coaching programme for their businesses. The coaching programmes will be sponsored by Total Petroleum Ghana Ltd.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-205597\" src=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/jes-3.jpg\" alt=\"jes 3\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Managing Director of Total Petroleum Ghana, Olivier Van Parys expressed his satisfaction at the excellent project ideas of the three winners and urged them to carry out their projects with diligence and hard work.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-205598\" src=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/jes-6-1.jpg\" alt=\"jes 6\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis shows that Ghana has got young people with talent and entrepreneurship skills.
