Lawyer \u00a0for the embattled head of security for New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer, Nana Asante Bediatuo, has said he will be forced to file a Habeas Corpus in court against the Bureau of National Investigations (BNI).<\/p>\n
A\u00a0Habeas Corpus suit is a\u00a0recourse in law whereby a person can report an unlawful detention or imprisonment before a court.<\/p>\n
This follows the re-arrest of his client, Captain (rtd) Edmund Koda, who was implicated in the arrest of the three former South African ex-Police officers who were arrested last week for allegedly training the private security personnel of the NPP flagbearer, Nana Akufo-Addo.<\/p>\n
