The Producer Price Index measures the average change overtime in prices received by domestic producers for the production of their goods and services.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Explaining the development to the media, the Government Statistician, Dr. Philomena Nyarko said,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;The decline was as a result of the decrease in the inflation rate in the utilities and manufacturing sub-sectors.
