The court thus rejected the\u00a0statement of case filed by his\u00a0lawyers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the court, the case brought before it, is seeking\u00a0a\u00a0determination of the legality of the actions of the National Executive Council of the NPP. It explained that this\u00a0needs to be argued out with affidavits and not a statement of case filed by the plaintiff.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">[contextly_sidebar id=&#8221;Abvv7RsFWS58fzk4MLMAkGiuWAObR9RA&#8221;]The suspended Vice Chair of the NPP opted to go to court months after his suspension by the National Executive Council, citing violation of the rules of natural justice, error on the face of the records and a breach of procedure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mr. Crabbe in his suit argued that\u00a0the two members whose petition led to his suspension, Mr. Boye Laryea and Ms. Gladys Tsotso Mann-Dedey, were not members of congress and could not have initiated\u00a0such proceedings against him.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mr. Crabbe was suspended indefinitely last year, alongside the party\u2019s General Secretary, Kwabena Agyepong.
