After 2 years of investing heavily to improve on customer experience, Mobile Network Operator, Tigo, has unveiled its new brand identity, \u201cLive it, Love it\u201d in Accra.<\/p>\n
In July 2014, the telecom operator took a bold decision to become the brand of choice for digital users in Ghana. This required a complete overhaul of its business model, to refocus on growth, long term sustainability and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
In subsequent months, millions of dollars were then invested in various areas within the business to ensure the company is able to deliver on its \u2018Digital Lifestyle Agenda\u2019 promise.<\/p>\n
According to the CEO, Roshi Motman, her team has done incredible work to get this far.<\/p>\n
