The flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Akufo Addo, has described as devastating the death of the Member of Parliament for Abuakwa North, Joseph Boakye Danquah-Adu.<\/p>\n

Nana Addo said that the NPP had not only lost a stalwart but, he had personally lost a friend and a brother.<\/p>\n

[contextly_sidebar id=”449Gu3NKDvThallKvECg3pCntjruYcG9″]Joseph Boakye Danquah-Adu was stabbed to death on the dawn of Tuesday at his residence at Shiashi where he lived with his family.<\/p>\n

Nana Akufo Addo eulogised J.B. Danquah in an interview with Citi News<\/strong> and stated that the late MP\u00a0was deeply committed to the values of the NPP and was a great source of encouragement.<\/p>\n

“I like people like that. He will give you the benefit of his views. He was deeply committed to our tradition and his values and his history,” he solemnly stated.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor me he was a source of great encouragement, somebody I looked upon always…always walked on the sunny side of the street \u2013 that was J.B.\u201d<\/p>\n
