{"id":186238,"date":"2016-02-01T16:55:45","date_gmt":"2016-02-01T16:55:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/?p=186238"},"modified":"2016-02-01T16:55:45","modified_gmt":"2016-02-01T16:55:45","slug":"tor-to-begin-operations-by-end-of-february","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2016\/02\/tor-to-begin-operations-by-end-of-february\/","title":{"rendered":"TOR to begin operations by end of February"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) is set to resume operations this month.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">TOR which was scheduled to begin operations last week had to postpone it due to challenges with the Residual Fluid Catalytic Cracking (RFCC) Plant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">[contextly_sidebar id=&#8221;qF3fTuvcGwY8MOWalI1thApipMgNQgwY&#8221;]But speaking to <strong>Citi Business News<\/strong>, the local Treasurer of the Professional Managerial Staff Union of TOR, Kofi Asante was optimistic the refinery will begin operations soon as engineers were working to complete repair works on the second plant (RFCC Plant).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cWe are resuming this month after trying to come back towards the latter part of January in fact we have taken delivery of a parcel of crude oil so we are in the process of starting the plant up.
