1. Sleep more<\/h3>\n

Party by night, lectures by day – you can only burn the candle at both ends for so long before your body crashes. This year, make a point of getting some well deserved shut eye – you’ll get improved concentration, an immune system boost (no more Freshers flu for you!) and who knows, you might actually make it to that 9am post-SU club night lecture once in a while (FYI, your professor totally knows you’re not poorly every single Thursday).<\/p>\n

2. Eat better<\/h3>\n

If you’ve been microwaving pizza for breakfast and mainlining caffeine and sugar since September (guiltyyy…) now is a good time to rethink your eating habits. Put a focus on fresh produce and cooking from scratch, and rope in your housemates to make it less of a chore and improve their health in the process too. Just a few tweaks make a big difference, and having no money is no excuse – here are loads of ways to eat healthy on a budget!<\/p>\n
