Union Savings and Loans has introduced a new service call center to provide rapid banking and an effective customer care to its clients.<\/p>\n
The new service,\u00a0U-CALL CENTRE; will provide a one-stop 8-hour channel through which clients and the general public can communicate with friendly customer service officers.<\/b><\/p>\n
\u2018\u2019With the call centre, Union seeks to be always positioned as the most customer oriented financial institution in Ghana and also receive feedback to help improve and sustain the quality to customer service,\u2019\u2019 Customer Service Coordinator, Mrs. Amma Afrakomah Obeng Ansong told the media.<\/p>\n
According to her, the distinguishing feature about Union Savings and Loans within the financial service sector is that, \u2018\u2019we walk our talk\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n
\u2018\u2019Many institutions recognize and speak about the importance of customer service but fail to deliver; but, at Union we simply ensure that the basics of customer service are fully adhered to,\u2019\u2019 she noted.<\/p>\n
