Two men believed to be involved in the murder of a 48-year old business woman in Walewale are set to be arraigned on Tuesday.<\/p>\n
The two, Issahaku Mahammadu and Alhassan Mohammed, who used to supply the deceased with goods, reportedly confirmed their crime to the Police.<\/p>\n
[contextly_sidebar id=”3ejvkPWl1Ze5ZnvajHg1llViTEEYn6C1″]The Public Relations Officer of the Northern Regional Police, ASP Ebenezer Tetteh, told Citi News<\/strong> the father of the deceased has also been arrested for aiding and abetting in the murder of the businesswoman.<\/p>\n \u201cAfter they committed the act,\u00a0 one of them went to tell the father, who told them to keep whatever had transpired a secret. In the course of our investigations, we arrested the father because he knew that a criminal act had been committed and he decided to keep it a secret,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n ASP Tetteh however said that the police had not yet decided what to charge the old man with.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are holding the other two for murder, but we haven\u2019t decided yet what to which charge to held against the father.
