An Accra High Court has dismissed an injunction application by the NPP’s suspended National Chairman, that sought to stop the party from discussing his removal at the Sunyani extra-ordinary Conference.

According to Mr. Afoko, if the injunction application is not granted to him, it will cause him an irreparable damage especially if the party indeed goes ahead to remove him from the party.

The suspended Chairman has already sued the party at the Accra High Court over his suspension which he insists was unconstitutional. That case is still pending.

Meanwhile the party’s Communication Director, Nana Akomea, has told Citi News that Mr. Afoko is not on the agenda of the Sunyani conference.

–

By:Ebenezer Afanyi Dadzie/citifmonline.com/Ghana

An Accra High Court has dismissed an injunction application by the NPP’s suspended National Chairman, that sought to stop the party from discussing his removal at the Sunyani extra-ordinary Conference.
