According to reports,\u00a0although the name of the NGO that promised the unreal jobs was given as\u00a0Organization Against Poverty Foundation, the name on the registration forms for the unsuspecting job seekers, is Mount Moriah Senior High School, also at Elubo in the Western Region.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A presenter at an unnamed radio station who noticed the disparity in the information on the forms, immediately\u00a0alerted the Police.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Citi News&#8217;<\/strong>\u00a0checks\u00a0at Elubo also revealed that Mount Moriah Senior High School had collapsed some 7 months ago, due to the school\u2019s inability to meet its financial obligations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The unsuspecting job seekers\u00a0who were undergoing the registration process, became alarmed when the\u00a0police stormed the venue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It was at this point\u00a0that the job seekers realized that\u00a0they had been swindled.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-173701\" src=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/recruitment-scam-4.png\" alt=\"recruitment scam (4)\" width=\"768\" height=\"448\" srcset=\"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/recruitment-scam-4.png 768w, https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/recruitment-scam-4-300x175.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">One of the job seekers narrating his ordeal to <strong>Citi News<\/strong> said that\u00a0\u201cwe were told to come along with GHc30 for registration forms. We paid and they told us to sit here for job description. They told some of us that there are some people living in a\u00a0house somewhere who do not have money to go to school, and that we were going to act as\u00a0parents to those kids. As part of our job, the NGO\u00a0will send those kids to school and then we\u00a0will be taking care of the kids so that when the kids need school fees, we will write letters to the NGO to request for those monies for payments. That wasn\u2019t the kind of job I was expecting, but they could not finish with the explanation when the police came\u00a0in stop the process.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-173705 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/recruitment-scam-9.png\" alt=\"recruitment scam (9)\" width=\"768\" height=\"432\" srcset=\"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/recruitment-scam-9.png 768w, https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/recruitment-scam-9-300x169.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><br \/>\nAnother victim said \u201cright from the registration, I asked whether they are from a reliable source but they didn&#8217;t answer me appropriately.
