A Tamale High Court has placed injunction on the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) Parliamentary primary in the Bunkprugu constituency of the Northern Region.<\/p>\n
A disqualified aspirant Nabur Berrick headed to court and secured the injunction after he was\u00a0was disqualified for failing to meet the party\u2019s constitutional provision which stipulates that any parliamentary aspirant must be of good standing for four years.<\/p>\n
