The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has suspended its scheduled primaries in six constituencies.<\/p>\n

These constituencies are\u00a0Akwatia, Ketu South, North Tongu, Nkwanta South, Bunkpurugu and the Chiana Paga.<\/p>\n

[contextly_sidebar id=”X2yk0IhQJQSJHugkWQxRX7UDnyZhWHDA”]The party has also suspended presidential elections in the Nkwanta South and Chaina Paga constituencies.<\/p>\n

Three Ministers of State, Fiifi Kwettey, Baba Jamal and Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa have been affected by the latest development.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile the\u00a0party has indicated that all\u00a0electoral materials have been dispatched to the various constituencies of the country ahead of tomorrow\u2019s elections.<\/p>\n

It says agents for President Mahama and those contesting parliamentary seats have been issued accreditation cards to monitor the elections.<\/p>\n

In a related development,\u00a0the party\u2019s advertised Special Voting scheduled for today is yet to begin.<\/p>\n

The party says it is awaiting the Electoral Commission to carry out the process for some selected members of the party.<\/p>\n
