fire outbreak.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Acting Public Relations of the Ghana National Fire Service, DO2 Timothy Osarfo Afun, it took fire fighters three minutes to arrive at the scene, a claim that Afun.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The cause of the fire that ravaged three offices of the Highways Authority is yet to be established as investigations are now ongoing.<\/p>\n<p><a 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe will be looking out for possible causes of the fire, whether there was light at the time of the fire or if there was an electrical fault or any other ignitable materials in the building at the time\u201d he noted.<\/p>\n<p>At the time of the fire, staff of the Authority stood outside as the entire building was cordoned off by the Fire 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>According to an eyewitness at scene of the fire, the fire service\u2019s emergency numbers were called and for several minutes he could not get through.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI called the fire service line and for close to 10 minutes, they were just playing music, so one of the cleaners who had a bicycle had to ride to Makola to get them to come attend to the fire.
