Former Secretary General \u00a0of the United Nations (UN), Kofi Annan, has described the attacks in Paris as attacks on those who stand for tolerance over blind hatred.<\/p>\n
In a post on his Facebook page, Kofi Annan said that the attack in \u201cParis were not just aimed at the innocent who lost their lives. They were attacks on those who stand for dialogue over confrontation and for tolerance over blind hatred.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mr. Annan closed the post with a statement of support to France by saying, \u201cOur thoughts and prayers are with the victims, their loved ones and with the French people.\u201d<\/p>\n
