The Minister of Finance, Seth Terkper is \u00a0presenting the 2016 budget and financial statement of the government to Parliament.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n He has so far touched on a number of issues on the economy, education, health, among others.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n This is the second time the Minister is reading the budget this year.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Government revised the budget in July 2015 after huge shortfalls in revenue targets forced it to lower its projections for 2015.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n
