Students of the School of Health at Kintampo in the Brong Ahafo region on Monday demonstrated over a decision to revoke students\u2019 rights to re-sit papers they have been referred in before the end of their final academic year.<\/p>\n
According to the students, the school authorities are acting contrary to the laid down procedures in the school\u2019s handbook.<\/p>\n
Speaking to\u00a0Citi News,<\/strong>\u00a0the Vice President of the Kintampo branch of the Mental Health Association, Kasim Vuku said all attempts to liaise with the authorizes over their grievances have proven futile.<\/p>\n \u201cIt was stated that if you have been referred in one paper, you have two chances to redeem your image before you are given the opportunity to write the final paper but this time around, they are telling us that we have to write assignments, write thesis, write mid semester exams before you can write the papers we have been referred in.
