President John Dramani Mahama has sent hearty congratulations to his brother, President Allasane Dramane Ouattara of Cote D\u2019Ivoire on his re-election victory.<\/p>\n

President, Alassane Ouattara won a second five-year term with nearly 84% of the vote.<\/p>\n
Mr. Ouattara won a total of 2,118,229 votes giving him 83.66% lead over his other contenders.<\/p>\n
Mr. Ouattara need more than 50% of the vote to avoid a run-off.<\/p>\n
His closest opposition rival, Pascal Affi N\u2019Guessan, got a paltry 9%.<\/p>\n
