The governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) has said the concerns raised by the New Patriotic Party over the panel tasked by the Electoral Commission<\/a><\/strong><\/span> to review proposals on the voters\u2019 register is a strategy to further discredit the electoral body.<\/p>\n According to the NDC, the claims by the opposition party are baseless.<\/p>\n [contextly_sidebar id=”p81UnwN053wUcJacWjvUqAJuYwXIM6ml”]The NPP says some members of\u00a0the five-member panel are biased against it.<\/p>\n Speaking to Citi News<\/strong>, Deputy General Secretary of the NDC, Koku Anyidoho defended the panel and said the EC\u2019s forum is the best means of sanitizing the voters\u2019 register.<\/p>\n He accused the NPP of running from \u201ctheir own shadows.\u201d<\/p>\n
