{"id":160013,"date":"2015-10-15T16:25:04","date_gmt":"2015-10-15T16:25:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/?p=160013"},"modified":"2015-10-15T16:56:31","modified_gmt":"2015-10-15T16:56:31","slug":"ndcdecides-teshie-ndc-youth-warn-aspirants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2015\/10\/ndcdecides-teshie-ndc-youth-warn-aspirants\/","title":{"rendered":"#NDCDecides: Teshie NDC youth warn aspirants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A group calling itself, NDC Youth for Peace in the Ledzokuku constituency in the Greater Accra Region, is asking all contesting parliamentary aspirants to run a clean race devoid of insults.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The group says they will be forced to visit their wrath on any aspirant who decides to go independent after the November 7th primaries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The group at a press conference Wednesday indicated that their call is as a result of their quest to protect the unity that exists within the party ahead of the 2016 elections.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/Teshie-NDC-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-160016 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/Teshie-NDC-2.jpg\" alt=\"Teshie NDC 2\" width=\"440\" height=\"330\" srcset=\"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/Teshie-NDC-2.jpg 440w, https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/Teshie-NDC-2-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 440px) 100vw, 440px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At a press conference in Accra, spokesperson of the group, Otis Okine said \u201cparliamentary primaries like all other political contests are characterized by acrimony, malice, name callings, off putting propaganda and sometimes violence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The above mentioned negative by-products are what we do not want to see or hear about\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cWe want to remind all our dear aspirants that there is only one NDC in Ledzokuku which shall produce one parliamentary candidate for the constituency.
