{"id":158431,"date":"2015-10-09T06:04:12","date_gmt":"2015-10-09T06:04:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/?p=158431"},"modified":"2015-10-09T06:07:52","modified_gmt":"2015-10-09T06:07:52","slug":"judicial-corruption-cid-to-interrogate-2-more-judges-today","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2015\/10\/judicial-corruption-cid-to-interrogate-2-more-judges-today\/","title":{"rendered":"Judicial corruption : CID to interrogate 2 more judges today"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Two High Court justices, implicated in the recent corruption scandal will today appear before the Police Criminal Investigations Department (CID) for questioning.<\/p>\n<p>[contextly_sidebar id=&#8221;I3JMhx00r5a2rUgxBxM4a70Zqd0kUIld&#8221;]The two, whose names have been withheld, will appear before the CID with their lawyers to answer questions on the video that captured them allegedly taking bribes.<\/p>\n<p>The two are among the seven justices who were recently suspended by the Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday, two other judges also appeared before the CID for questioning.<\/p>\n<p>The Head of Public Relations at the CID, ASP Benefo Darkwa told Citi News about 100 judicial staff will also be interrogated.<\/p>\n<p>The CID is expected interrogate Justices John Ajet-Nasam, Paul Uuter Dery, Charles Quist, Kofi Essel-Mensah, Mustapha Habib Logoh, Ernest Obimpeh, and Ayisi Addo.<\/p>\n<p>The rest are Francis K.
