Some encroachers, believed to be victims of the demolition exercise at Old Fadama and the June 3 disaster, are taking over unused lands at the Achimota School in Accra.<\/p>\n

The school authorities say their presence is a threat to both students and teachers.<\/p>\n

Citi News<\/strong> Eugenia Tenkorang visited the school and reported that about 500 people have settled on a part of the compound called Achimota Bush.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Citi News<\/strong> understands authorities of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly have taken over the matter and are working to evict the settlers.<\/p>\n
