If that is their argument then what about those MPs who come from the Northern region who return to their constituencies during recess?\u201d he queried.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThere will not be any election in Ashaiman if Ernest is disqualified from the race.\u201d He added.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meanwhile Frank Etse has accused the incumbent MP for the area, Alfred Kwame Agbesi of being behind the attempts to disqualify the candidate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to him, the actions of the MP suggest he has a role to play in the development.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But Mr. Alfred Agbesi denied the allegations saying he has no power to influence the decision of the party executives,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cI cannot manipulate the qualification of an aspirant, the guidelines for qualification or otherwise were attached to the nomination forms as such everyone should be able to know whether he or she qualifies,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The NDC is expected\u00a0to conduct presidential\u00a0and parliamentary \u00a0primaries on November 7, 2015.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">By: Pius Amihere Eduku\/citifmonline.com\/Ghana<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Some party loyalists of the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ashaiman constituency have threatened to block the parliamentary primary elections in the area in the event of any unjustified disqualification.
