judicial corruption video<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">[contextly_sidebar id=&#8221;qd9nOeYMsqhDK1ZR2xdHoEWkF4AWSxW4&#8243;]Speaking on <strong>Eye Witness News<\/strong>, lawyer Kwame Waje explained that the management will be acting in contempt of the court.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cIf the service was complete on them and then it is proven in court by the court bailiff, it means therefore that they know that there is a motion to be moved called an interlocutory injunction,\u00a0if somebody is trying to restrain you from doing an act and you refuse to restrain yourself and go ahead and behave in the manner in which the person sought to refrain you it is contemptuous of the entire court process,\u201d he said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lawyer Waje further noted that the decision to suspend the public viewing was to be determined by the Tiger Pi team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cWhile there is an impending application especially an injunction application before a court, you disrespect the application\u00a0at your own detriment so whether to show or not to show will be dependent on the person on whom the application has been etched,\u201d he stated.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">For his part, law lecturer at the University of Ghana, Dr. Poku Adusei believeds the decision to publicly show the video does not necessarily mean they have disrespect the court. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">He also disagreed with assertions that the Tiger Eye Pi team were acting in contempt despite a case in court by some 14 judges who among other things are <span style=\"color: #666699;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #666699;\" href=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/2015\/09\/12\/anas-video-chief-justice-must-follow-due-process-ndebugri\/\" target=\"_blank\">seeking to restrain the \u00a0public viewing of the video.<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Meanwhile manager of the facility, Kofi Appiah in an interview with <strong>Citi News<\/strong> acknowledged receipt of a document from the court but denied content of the documents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201c&#8230;
