Ghana won the bronze medal in the men\u2019s 4 x 100 m relay event in a time of 39.71 seconds.<\/p>\n
Ghana\u2019s quartet was made up of Daniel Gyasi, Solomon Afful, Emmanuel Dasor, and Shepard Agbeko.<\/p>\n
The race was won by Cote d\u2019Ivoire in a time of 38.93 with Namibia coming second after they clocked 39.22 seconds.<\/p>\n
Julia Agawu won bronze in the women\u2019s discuss with a throw of 49.08 m. Janet Amponsah and Dorcas Gyimah both qualified for the second round of the women\u2019s 200m event.<\/p>\n
Amponsah ran a time of 23.72 seconds while Gyimah recorded a time of 24.44 seconds.<\/p>\n
Ghana also qualified for the second round of men\u2019s 4 x 400m event in a time of 3:08:23. So far, Ghana has won 13 medals at the All Africa Games.<\/p>\n
