A total of 120 aspirants have filed their nominations to contest the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) November 7 Parliamentary primaries in the Northern Region.<\/p>\n
Only four are female and the incumbent Members of Parliament for Damongo, Adam Mutawakil and Wulensi, Maban George Laliri are going unopposed.<\/p>\n
<\/a><\/p>\n Bimbila and Bunkprugu constituencies recorded the highest number of aspirants with 10 each.<\/p>\n Five District Chief Executives including Alhassan Fuseini of Gushiegu, Jaspa Moye of Kpandai and the Sawla-Tuna-Kalba DCE, Issac Dramani are in the race.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Radio Gold\u2019s Alhassan Suhuyini is battling with the constituency Secretary, Mohammed Abdul Salam and five others in the Tamale north constituency.<\/p>\n Alhassan Suhuyini at a mammoth rally thanked his supporters for the enthusiasm attached to his Parliamentary ambition.<\/p>\n
