Hiplife Artiste, Sarkodie has clarified that his\u00a0prediction on ace journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas\u2019 latest expose was purely coincidental.<\/p>\n

The song, which was produced in collaboration with rapper Jayso, has become a talking point after journalist Anas Arimeyaw Anas’ investigative piece, captured judges taking bribes.<\/p>\n

The one time BET Award Winner in the song, had warned judges to desist from taking bribes from their clients.<\/p>\n

\u201cPolice fio, Judge fo) aa mo regye amanfo) dough, monhw3 no yie na Anas reba oo.\u201d the lyrics said.<\/p>\n

This literally means: “the\u00a0judges taking bribes should be careful because Anas is heading there to expose you.”<\/p>\n

The lyrics of the rapper’s 2012 \u201cPizza and Burgar\u201d song, has fueled suspicions that he was privy to the latest expos\u00e9 by the journalist.<\/p>\n

Speaking on the Citi Breakfast Show<\/strong> on Friday, he said: \u201cI think it was predictable but maybe I went directly to where it is now at that time coincidentally…I saw that coming…\u201d<\/p>\n

Sarkodie has produced songs on various challenges Ghana is currently battling with including migration, inflation, politics, inconsistent power supply.<\/p>\n

He revealed to the host of the show, Bernard Avle that, though these songs have not yielded the desired results, he will still “spark some brains” to effect change in the society.<\/p>\n

“We need drastic measures so what I am doing \u00a0might not be me trying to change these challenges but I believe there is a new generation that will listen to these songs.”<\/p>\n
