<\/a><\/p>\nThe “Batakari Day” will be launched at a ceremony to be held at the offices of the World Bank Ghana office on September 4, 2015.<\/p>\n
Key among the series of programmes outlined for the month include; Still and Motion Photography Exhibition, an experiential celebration of the people and cultures of the North of Ghana through garment, food, music and dance.<\/p>\n
The festival which is a\u00a0month long exhibition and\u00a0celebration of the sights, sounds and flavours of Northern Ghana is expected to be replicated across all the regional capitals in the country.<\/p>\n
The “Grass is Greener” program is being sponsored by SADA,\u00a0with support from the Ministry of Trade and Industry,\u00a0Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts,\u00a0Ghana Investment Promotion Centre -GIPC and\u00a0The World Bank Group.<\/p>\n
