{"id":143493,"date":"2015-08-14T17:34:32","date_gmt":"2015-08-14T17:34:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/?p=143493"},"modified":"2015-08-14T21:28:48","modified_gmt":"2015-08-14T21:28:48","slug":"woman-nabbed-for-killing-and-secretly-burying-boyfriend","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2015\/08\/woman-nabbed-for-killing-and-secretly-burying-boyfriend\/","title":{"rendered":"Woman nabbed for killing and secretly burying boyfriend"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A 40-year-old \u00a0woman, Natasha Bawah has been arrested by the police for allegedly murdering her boyfriend, Eddie Murphy Sulleymana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eddie Murphy Sulleymana (a Canadian citizen who was on vacation in Ghana), is believed to have met Natasha in September 2014 when the two became lovers and resided in Sowutuom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">[contextly_sidebar id=&#8221;n8EeZtM3CisKocgQ9ZhFCDlQHDKXkHnI&#8221;]The suspect led the victim to Sandema in the Upper West region for cattle business, a new trade the suspect had discovered. Since then, nothing has been heard of Sulleymana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Upon interrogation by the family of Sulleymana, Natasha revealed that he had been involved in a fatal accident and did not want any family member to visit him.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After sometime, her phone went off and nothing was heard of the victim or the suspect.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Police investigations however revealed that Eddie Murphy Sulleymana had not returned to Canada and his passport and other relevant travelling documents were with his friend, Mallam Mumuni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The police on August 1 traced and arrested Natasha in her hideout in Buokom in Kumasi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Upon interrogation, she told the police Sulleymana had died at Tumu Government Hospital whilst receiving treatment from a fatal accident on the Tumu stretch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">She claims the deceased was buried on 24<sup>th<\/sup> January 2015, per Islamic customs at a Muslim cemetery in Tumu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But the police say there were no records of any death involving the deceased when the Tumu Government Hospital and the Muslim community were contacted.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The case is still under thorough investigations and the suspect is expected to be arraigned before court.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">By: Pius Amihere Eduku\/citifmonline.com\/Ghana<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A 40-year-old \u00a0woman, Natasha Bawah has been arrested by the police for allegedly murdering her boyfriend, Eddie Murphy Sulleymana.
