{"id":142261,"date":"2015-08-10T18:55:34","date_gmt":"2015-08-10T18:55:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/?p=142261"},"modified":"2015-08-10T19:15:29","modified_gmt":"2015-08-10T19:15:29","slug":"societe-generale-prudential-life-launch-children-education-plan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2015\/08\/societe-generale-prudential-life-launch-children-education-plan\/","title":{"rendered":"Societe Generale, Prudential Life launch children education plan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Societe Generale Ghana and Prudential Life Insurance Ghana have launched a new product called the Sound Education Plan to help parents achieve the best possible futures for their children.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Sound Education Plan is to help parents plan and save school or university fees while also receiving a high level of interest.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This unique product is an alternative to taking out a loan which often involves making interest payments for many years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is the first education plan in Ghana to feature a unique four per cent bonus which is awarded to parents who pay all of their premiums.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/DSC_7040.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-142263 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/DSC_7040.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_7040\" width=\"400\" height=\"519\" srcset=\"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/DSC_7040.jpg 400w, https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/DSC_7040-231x300.jpg 231w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Parents can save as little as GH\u00a230 a month for between eight and 25 years. As the plan is an insurance product, Prudential will continue to make payments into it even if a parent passes away or is permanently disabled. The launch of the plan follows the signing of a partnership agreement between the two organizations in April which allows Societe Generale\u2019s customers to buy Prudential\u2019s life insurance products in any of the bank\u2019s 40 branches throughout Ghana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Emmanuel Mokobi Aryee, CEO of Prudential Ghana said the sound educational plan is one product that parents can use to secure the future of their children to give them the best of education.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cPrudential is delighted to work with Societe Generale as we both want to provide superior financial solutions to improve the quality of life of our customers.
