Dr. Nana Kissi Attafah however expressed concern that some of the cheques presented to the doctors have since been rejected by the banks.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur concern however is that most or some of the cheques given to some of us have been bounced by our banks. For example a cheque signed for a junior doctor at Korle-Bu and one other hospital has been rejected by their banks but we are hoping it will be transformed. So we are going to make an appeal to those at Korle-Bu to take time anytime their checks are bounced by their banks\u2026we cannot continue to work for such a long time without our salaries,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n
