Mr. Arthur has been the subject of eight failed court cases from Vicky Bright over the last four years, but in an interview with Citi News, he called on his rival to help him retain the seat for the NPP in 2016.

“First and foremost, I’m using this medium to extend an olive branch to my competitor, Madam Vicky Bright. It was a contest; unfortunately, she fell out of the race. I have won this contest and for me I want her to be part of the work that we are going do in this constituency. I am inviting her to come and contribute her quota to make sure that come 2016, we work together as a team to win massively for NPP in the 2016 elections,” he added.
