This category acknowledges the contribution of businesses to the country\u2019s economy focusing on impact, innovation and youth development initiatives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Marketing Director for Tigo, Jesse Agyepong, was elated about the recognition for Tigo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cOur appreciation goes to our customers and employees who work around the clock to provide excellent services. Winning both awards highlights our commitment to providing world-class innovative products and services,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He promised Tigo will continue to develop strategies that help to address both customer needs and wants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The past year has been an exciting one for the company; it has revived the competition among operators with exciting campaigns such as \u2018Drop that Yam\u2019 \u2013 a smartphone-led campaign and \u2018Yensor Nkoaa\u2019 \u2013 a national consumer campaign which encourages customers to do more on their network.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the most recent Ghana Telecom awards, Tigo bagged \u2018Innovative Product of the Year\u2019 for Tigo Music and \u2018CSR Company of the Year\u2019.
