<\/a><\/p>\n[contextly_sidebar id=”GpkuTKhYKrNgcB5m2UKznqnWZgv8WiJB”]Being the home of some prominent politicians from the two main political parties in the country, the Ketu North Constituency is noted to be a hot bed for political activities.<\/p>\n
Mr Kofi Dzamesi\u2019s first appearance was in 2004 and later in 2008, losing to the NDC\u2019s James Klutse Avedzi on the two occasions.<\/p>\n
He is however confident he will\u00a0capture the seat in a landslide victory from the incumbent in his third appearance.<\/p>\n
In an interview with Citi News<\/strong> Kofi Dzamesi promised to focus on policies to enhance the\u00a0lives of the youth, women and marginalized in the society.<\/p>\nHe promised that given the nod, he will bring his influence to bear by ensuring mechanised agriculture in the area and provide jobs for the unemployed youth.<\/p>\n
\u201cI would build ultramodern markets for each of the four traditional areas in the district and also support the activities of our rice farmers. Education delivery would be improved and decent jobs would be provided to our youth\u201d he promised.<\/p>\n
