Why are they offering these students 200 cedis and a mobile phone?Why did they decide to hide the programme until it was blown by an individual?&#8221;the\u00a0Volta regional Secretary of the NDC, Mustapha Gbande told <strong>Citi News.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The party also asked the Food and Drugs Authority ( FDA) and all stakeholders to be transparent and clear on the matter.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are calling on the Authority of the Foods and Drug Board.Why are they hiding the name s of the pharmaceutical company involved.
