{"id":123345,"date":"2015-06-09T14:12:07","date_gmt":"2015-06-09T14:12:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/?p=123345"},"modified":"2015-06-09T14:12:07","modified_gmt":"2015-06-09T14:12:07","slug":"gregory-afoko-other-suspect-denied-bail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/2015\/06\/gregory-afoko-other-suspect-denied-bail\/","title":{"rendered":"Gregory Afoko, other suspect denied bail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">An Accra Magistrate court has dismissed a bail application by lawyers of two suspects accused of murdering the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Upper East Regional Chairman Adam Mahama.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The two, Gregory Afoko, brother of the party&#8217;s\u00a0National chairman, Paul Afoko and Musah Issah are part of a group of persons charged with conspiracy to commit crime, to wit murder and murder.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/adam-mahama-suspected-killers.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-123349\" src=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/adam-mahama-suspected-killers.jpg\" alt=\"adam mahama suspected killers\" width=\"600\" height=\"489\" srcset=\"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/adam-mahama-suspected-killers.jpg 405w, https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/adam-mahama-suspected-killers-300x244.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The third suspect, Alandi Abaski is at large.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adam Mahama died after he was attacked with acid.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He reportedly named some of \u00a0the persons who attacked him.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the Police charge sheet, Gregory Afoko after his arrest was asked to lead the Police to the house of his accomplice, Asabke Alangdi but \u201che rather took them to the father\u2019s house.
