Government spent US$23,829,247.4 on rehabilitation of the Kumasi Airport runway alone, a document sighted by citifmonline.com<\/strong>\u00a0has revealed.<\/p>\n The document was presented to Parliament by the Ministry of Transport and\u00a0signed by the Chief Director at the Ministry, T A Selby.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n President John Dramani Mahama in December 2014 inaugurated the Kumasi Airport<\/a><\/strong><\/span> after the runway which is about two kilometers was renovated.<\/p>\n There were other renovations at the airport including lighting, drains among others but there was a different budget to fund those projects.<\/p>\n
