Nigerian President, Mahamudu Buhari’s inauguration on Friday was graced by some of the most recognisable faces, including United States Secretary of State John Kerry, Zimbabwe’s President Robert Mugabe and Ghanaian President, John Dramani Mahama.<\/p>\n

However, Ghanaians would have been surprised by one particular name on the guest list at the event.<\/p>\n

The founder of the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP), Akua Donkor, colourfully dressed with a matching bag, \u00a0joined Nigerians to celebrate Buhari’s inauguration earlier on Friday.<\/p>\n

Her presence was first noticed by the BBC’s Akwasi Sarpong, who tweeted \u00a0a picture of the outspoken politician.<\/p>\n
