A former Deputy Energy Minister, KT Hammond has said since the government has put itself in a “dead goat” sydrome mode by failing to recognize the plight of its people, there is nothing much citizens can do.<\/p>\n
His comments come after government\u2019s decision to increase the prices of petroeulm products by 9%, a move which has angered many Ghanaians who say the timing is “inappropriate.”<\/p>\n
