Eyewitness News<\/strong>, Edward Awuni insisted that the Upper East Regional Chairman, Mahama Adam was not aware of the meeting hence cannot be blamed.<\/p>\n\u201cAll that I can say is that once he is the landlord of the region, he needs to be adequately informed that this is what will happen and then the rest of the preparation will take place. But he said he is not aware and that\u2019s all, so nobody can hold anybody responsible,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
He advised the national leadership of the NPP to follow due processes when embarking on such exercises.<\/p>\n
\u201cNext time we should learn to respect the structures, that all. If I\u2019ve been sent to a constituency, they need to tell the chairman of that constituency that I am coming to do ABCD so if they did not inform chairman, really that they have caused their own trouble,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Afoko and Agyepong must sit up!<\/strong><\/p>\nMr Awuni also called on Afoko and \u00a0Agyepong to sit up and ensure that peace prevail in the party.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think its high time the national chairman and general secretary sat up and then ensure that things are done the right way. There is confusion here and there, you don\u2019t want to be a leader over these confusion and yet this is what we are experiencing and I\u2019m sad about it.\u201d<\/p>\n
