The former Presbyterian church was built in 1925 and also served as a ballet school.<\/p>\n<div class=\"relatedImg\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.etonline.com\/news\/2015\/05\/24150451\/640outside.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<div id=\"photo_copyright\" class=\"interstatelight\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The 13,292 square-foot home has three 1,000-square-foot apartments, according to Zillow.
